Data deletion

You can have your data deleted from DMflare at any time. Which steps apply depends on how you came into contact with it.

If you use DMflare

Delete one Instagram account's data

  1. Sign in at app.dmflare.in.
  2. Open Settings, then Connected accounts.
  3. Choose Disconnect next to the account.

This deletes the account's access token, its campaigns, its delivery records and its click counts immediately. It cannot be undone.

Remove DMflare's access from Instagram

  1. In the Instagram app, open Settings and activity.
  2. Go to Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
  3. Find DMflare and choose Remove.

DMflare can no longer read or send anything for that account. To also erase what DMflare already stored, disconnect the account as described above or send the request below.

Delete your whole workspace

Email support@dmflare.in from the address you sign in with and ask for your workspace to be deleted. We remove the workspace, every connected account, all campaigns and delivery records, and your sign-in details within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

If you commented on or messaged an account that uses DMflare

DMflare keeps a record of the DM it sent you: your Instagram username and ID, the comment or message that triggered it, and when it was sent. These records are deleted automatically after 90 days.

To have yours removed sooner, email support@dmflare.in with your Instagram username and, if you know it, the account you interacted with. We delete the records within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Daily totals that contain no names, IDs or message text may be kept. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
