Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use DMflare. By creating a workspace or connecting an Instagram account you agree to them.
The service
DMflare lets you set up campaigns that reply automatically, by DM and optionally in public, to people who comment or message a keyword on an Instagram professional account you control. It works through Instagram's official API and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
- You may only connect Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what teammates you invite do.
- Keep access to your email secure. Anyone who can read it can sign in.
Using DMflare properly
You agree to:
- Follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and the Meta Platform Terms.
- Only message people in response to their own comment or message, as the product is built to do.
- Tell your audience, where the law requires it, that replies are automated.
- Not send spam, scams, harassment, unlawful content or anything misleading.
- Not try to get around sending limits, break into other workspaces or disrupt the service.
You are responsible for the content of your messages and the links in them, and for having any permission you need to contact the people you message.
Limits set by Instagram
Instagram decides what can be sent: for example one private reply per comment, a short window in which it can be sent, and hourly limits per account. DMflare works within those rules and cannot guarantee that every message is delivered. Instagram may change its rules, restrict an account or withdraw access at any time, and that is outside our control.
Price
DMflare is free during this early period. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Your content and data
Your campaigns, messages and data remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
DMflare is an early product. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your Instagram accounts and asking us to delete your workspace at support@dmflare.in. See Data deletion.
Disclaimer and liability
DMflare is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or action taken by Instagram against an account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell workspace owners by email. Continuing to use DMflare after that means you accept the new terms.
